With 8 children I spend A LOT of time in the laundry room. I wanted this room to be amazing! We wanted 2 sets of washers and dryers upstairs and 1 set downstairs. These machines are used multiple times a day. There is a laundry shoot from the 3rd floor into the laundry room into a cabinet so that I can choose when to see the pile- haha! We added a sink to help get stains out and a hanging rod for those delicate items. There is also plenty of counter space for items that need to lay flat to dry and an island for folding and storing laundry bins. It is a functional space and I actually look forward to doing laundry in here!
